We understand how intimidating it can be trying to find the best mental health provider for your needs. That is why we have provided these FAQs for you so you can learn how Breaking Free, LLC is different from other providers.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes! We are currently accepting new clients for our waiting list and also provide counseling therapy over the video conference (teletherapy) to help an even greater number of people. Call our office to speak to our friendly front desk staff to see if Breaking Free, LLC is the right fit for you!

Do you provide therapy for children

Yes, we provide therapy for children ages 5 and older. 

What are your hours?

Our office operate on slightly different schedules based on therapist availability. Please see the footer section of our website for the hours for our office, or call our office for the most up-to-date schedule.

How long are typical counseling sessions?

Our therapists schedule 55-minute sessions for individuals, and 90-minute sessions for groups. These time frames allow the therapist to fully serve you on your mental health journey.

Where are you located?

We currently have one office located in Lebanon, OR, and are equipped with friendly front desk staff and clinical therapists ready to serve you! We also offer therapy over video conference (teletherapy). Can I bring my service animal?

Of course! We love service animals and would love to have them visit.
