Greetings and Aloha!

I was born and raised in Hawaii. Moved to Oregon in March 2022, to get a change in living environment and have the experience of residing in a place where there are different seasons! I obtained a Master’s in Counseling from Concordia University in 2022. I am currently accumulating direct hours in Oregon, to be a licensed Professional Counselor. I work with individuals- specifically -children 10-11, adolescents 12–17, and adults 18 years old and above.

Trauma from the past can make us feel defeated. Yet, I believe the key is to create a safe space where anything can be shared that has tormented us. I am a good listener and thoughtful about our conversations. I have the ability to be empathetic and compassionate when it is needed. In our conversations, we will dive deeper into your dark space and fill that space with a bright soothing light! There is a way to conquer that which lies within us and out goal of therapy would be move towards happier and healthier days ahead!
